2. Use of This Website

This website is provided to share information about our collections, showroom and contact details, and to allow customers to make enquiries. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy or reproduce its content without permission.

3. Product Information and Pricing

  • Gold and silver jewellery is priced based on the prevailing metal rate on the day of purchase, plus applicable making charges and wastage, and is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Diamond and gemstone jewellery is priced based on the certified weight, quality and current market rate of the stones used.
  • Any prices, weights or images shown on this website or in promotional material are indicative; the final invoice generated at the time of billing in-store is the accurate and binding price.
  • All applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as per prevailing government rates and shown separately on your invoice.

4. Purity and Hallmarking

Gold jewellery sold by us is BIS Hallmarked in accordance with applicable purity standards (such as 22K/916 and 18K/750). Diamond and gemstone jewellery is accompanied by relevant certification where applicable. Purity and certification details are stated on the invoice and, where applicable, on the hallmark or certificate itself.

5. Orders, Booking and Custom Design

  • Custom-design or made-to-order pieces require an advance booking amount, which will be communicated at the time of order and adjusted against the final bill.
  • Estimated delivery timelines for custom orders will be shared at the time of booking and may vary based on design complexity and karigar availability.
  • Design references, weight and stone specifications discussed at booking are indicative; minor variation in final weight or finish is possible during handcrafting.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payment via cash, card, UPI and bank transfer, subject to applicable regulatory limits on cash transactions for jewellery purchases. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every sale.

7. Old Gold and Silver Exchange

Old gold or silver brought in for exchange is valued in your presence based on purity testing and the prevailing metal rate on that day. The valuation and any deductions (such as for stones, alloy or wastage) will be explained before the exchange is finalised, and the exchanged value is adjusted against your new purchase or paid out as agreed.

8. Returns, Exchange and Buy-Back

  • Jewellery may be exchanged within the timeframe communicated at the time of sale, subject to the piece being unused, undamaged and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Making charges and wastage are generally non-refundable on exchange or buy-back, and any applicable deduction will be explained at the time of the transaction.
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces, and items altered per customer request, are not eligible for return unless found defective.
  • Buy-back of gold and silver purchased from us is offered as per the rate and terms prevailing at the time of buy-back.

9. Warranty, Repair and Maintenance

We offer complimentary or paid cleaning, polishing and minor repair services as communicated at the time of purchase. Warranty against manufacturing defects (such as stone setting or clasp faults) applies for the period specified on your invoice and does not cover normal wear, misuse or damage from external causes.

10. Delivery and Store Pickup

Jewellery purchased in-store is typically handed over at the showroom after billing. Where delivery is requested and arranged, it is undertaken through trusted courier or insured transit partners, and any applicable delivery charge and estimated timeline will be communicated in advance.
